SPREADING MANURE IN ALL THE WRONG PLACES
(….if you don’t use the right fling….it won’t grow a thing)

Yes, money is indeed much like manure and has to be spread around to make things grow; but, if you don’t use the right fling, it won’t grow a thing…especially if it lands in all the wrong places.

The “stimulus” plans Washington keeps flinging about are a prime example of that. So far, it’s pissed away well over a trillion dollars for that purpose (and still thinking about doing more of it), yet, the economy is still backfiring, turning over on only a couple of cylinders, and continues to display only anemic growth. Meanwhile, unemployment, keeps on keeping on.

But none of that should surprise any of us. Let’s face it, since when have city folks ever known how to make anything grow? Have you ever known a city boy who could even spell the word – manure – ? More importantly….who knew how and where to spread it to get the best results?

Well, maybe it’s time for we taxpaying voters to take a long hard look at what all that trumpeting and braying herd of candidates, in the coming election year, is preparing to offer us in the way of “stimulus” plans to boost the economy. Perhaps our best bet will be to just vote for those who are actually…. farmers….instead.

City folks claiming they can grow something….bah….humbug!
